In 2015, our family moved to Oregon City, OR looking to create a modern homestead and Eda Creek Farm was born. We grow quality cut flowers, cultivated florals, specialty vegetables and sustainably raised meat. All of our animals are raised on locally milled, non-GMO feed and we never use chemical pesticides or fertilizers on our land. We use traditional preservation methods as we work towards food self-sufficiency and educate others to do the same.
Through the art of process and attention we achieve beauty and and deliciousness.
Feeding family and friends is the cornerstone of what we do.
There is no better product to eat or to work with than that you grow yourself. The relationship that we have with everything grown on farm leads to top quality products. Florals, preservation, fermentation, butchery and charcuterie…anything we don’t grow on farm we find from our fellow farmers, bakers, and local community. And we do it because there is nothing better than sitting down to good food at a beautiful table.
